The silent, interpersonal relationship you share with your horse is a form of meditation for some and just deep connection for others. This Mindfulness With Horses in Madrid workshop is open to those who are entirely new to working with horses as well as those who have prior experience.
Horses are great allies to us as we engage in mindfulness. They only respond to us when we are genuinely present and thus teach us how to inhabit our bodies. By engaging mindfully with them we can truly absorb ourselves in the moment and fully receive the gift of the wisdom they offer.

We encounter the horses in a safe setting– an enclosed round arena — and no riding is involved. For those with more experience, learning how to practice mindfulness when working with horses can be extremely useful and is rewarding for both the rider and the horse.
